This research was successful by researchers as the objectives were achieved.

P) Discussions

i) Strong support for H1b and H1c, while H1a is not supported.
- Researchers found that only pressure related users showed a positive and significant impact on environmental performance.

ii) Strong support to H2
-The Green Supply Chain Management is the top management role in determining speed and the environment.

iii) Strong support for H3a, H3b, and H3c.
-Top Management find that to developing Green Management Practices should have an open communication and should sharing information between buyers, suppliers and more.

iv) Strong support for H4a and H4c, while H4b is not supported.
- Researchers conclude that relational social capital play a role between Green Supply Management and environmental performance.

v) Strong support for H5a and H5c, while H5c is not supported.
- Researchers say that social capital relations play an important role in providing a positive impact on both types of performance.

 -Provide information on Green Supplying Chain Management
- Provide explanations on the effects of state pressure, the role of top management and social capital.
- Emphasizes important roles, particularly the role of top management that adopts institutional pressures and Green Supply Chain Management accumulates into social capital.

E) THEORY INVOLVED 1)   Institutional Theory  by William Richard Scott in 1995  It is about the social structure in more detail. It considers processes whose structures include, rules, norms and routines that serve as guidelines for social behavior.  Consist of cognitive, normative, and regulatory elements that together with related activities and resources, provide stability and meaning to social life.   2)  Social Capital Theory  by Alexis de Tocqueville in 1890 It is refer to factors of effectively functioning social groups that include such things as interpersonal relationship , a shared sense of identity , a shared understanding, shared norms, shared values, trust, cooperation and more.  It has been used to explain the diversified group performance improvements, the growth of entrepreneurship firms, superior management performance, better supply chain linkages, value derived from strategic alliances, and evolution of s...
